TRAUMA PROCESSING

Work with what feels stuck.

EMDR, ART, and Brainspotting are trauma-processing approaches that rely less on talking through every detail of what happened. Instead, they use structured techniques to help the brain access and process distressing memories, emotions, beliefs, and body responses that may still feel “stuck” in the present. These approaches can be especially helpful when you understand something logically, but your mind or body still reacts as though the past is happening now.

MINDFULNESS + MBSR

Cultivating Presence and Clarity

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidence-based, structured approach developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn that uses mindfulness meditation, body awareness, and gentle mindful movement to help people relate differently to stress. These practices can support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a more grounded connection with the present moment.
